HAD Hydration is looking for a part-time front office assistant/medical assistant for our IV Infusion Clinic.
Primary tasks will include: answering phones, scheduling appointments and rooming clients. Apply Below!
Duties/Responsibilities:
● Greet Clients as they walk in
● Answer phones and schedule appointments
● Room clients
● Take and document Vital Signs
● Give IM and SQ injections
● Assist Infusion nurse as needed
● Maintains a cooperative relationship among co-workers by appropriate communication of
information
● May perform other duties as assigned or requested
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Current unrestricted driver's licenses and can get to self to work on time
● Good customer service
● Proficient computer skills
● Self-starter that can perform tasks efficiently and accurately
● Comfortable working independently
● Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times
● Strong communication and patient care skills
● Basic understanding of medical terminology
● Current BLS is a plus
● Previous clinic experience is a plus
Shift Requirements:
● 20-30 hours a week
● Monday-Friday 8am-1pm
● Occasional 4 hour weekend shift (10am-2pm)
Compensation:
● W2 employee
● Pay $12-$15 an hour
